Tips to Keep New Year’s Goals
How are you doing with your 2014 New Year’s resolutions? Keeping them all or struggling a bit? New Year’s resolutions are your first goals of the year and they can be more easily attained if you keep a few things in mind. Watch my video blog to learn more.
Most people make too many goals and try to change too many things at once. Just try to focus on one or two important goals and really put your energies into achieving them. Also make sure you are not making your New Year’s resolutions too general. Chose something specific you want to do (or not do). This will make it easy to measure and you know if you are achieving it or not. Behavior patterns and habits can be tricky to change, but don’t give up! Every day in January is a fresh day to give those resolutions another try!
